Book your study program with EF

Your chosen university preparation program, accommodation in an EF Homestay with a half-board meal plan or in selected EF Residences, an online pre- and post-program for all English programs, and a weekly activity program.

Only the Enrollment Fee and Cancellation Protection are due at the time of booking. 14 days after booking, a deposit of $2000 is due. 45 days after booking, another 15% of the program fee is due. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the program start date.

As safety and security are our top priority, all students traveling with EF International Language Campuses must have adequate travel insurance coverage from the time of departure until the return to their home country. The policy must cover medical expenses in case of illness and accident. EF does not offer a specific insurance plan to U.S. based students, however we are happy to provide suggestions of providers from previous students.

EF can organize both flights and airport transfers. Simply contact your nearest EF office for an offer.

You’ll receive mentorship and instruction from fully certified faculty and staff as part of your program. You'll be guided throughout by an experienced EF University Pathway Advisor, who helps you manage the university application process and gain admission to a respected institution.

EF Program Materials are needed to follow the EF program curriculum, and the prices for those will be shown in your detailed offer.

EF Cancellation Protection is available upon enrollment and charged as a one-time, non-refundable fee. This covers cancellations before departure due to illness or injury that prevents travel.
